Monika’s vision for a subtle ‘head’ icon was the starting point. But we had to walk the line—ensuring it felt intentional, not corporate or stiff (and definitely not resembling a beauty salon!). The final logo? A professional, polished nod to Monika's vision!

Head Recruitment’s palette combines rich dark blues with gold accents, balancing trustworthiness with a touch of sophistication - breaking away from the typical recruitment agency tones.

We chose Josefin Sans for a reason—clean lines convey
clarity and calm. This isn’t flashy; it’s confident, grounded, and easy on the eyes. -

From stationary, social media and infographics every element reinforces Head Recruitment’s warm professionalism.
